1. Get FREE Estimate Pre-Stage

Share your requirements and floor plan with our Estimate Engineer and get a customised estimate as per your needs in 3 different budget types.
2. Meet us Pre-Stage

Meet us through online/offline meeting and solve your initial doubts. You can also discuss your estimate in detail to understand the design types considered and customise your estimate further.
3. Start Designing Pre-Stage (1st Payment 5%)

Your designer will share with you the 2D Designs and Reference Images as per your space and requirements within a week. You can also opt for 3D designs of your house for free (project value above 10 Lacs) if the timeline permits.

4. Start of Execution Day-0 (2nd Payment 30%)

Hurray! Your project is up and starts running. Your site-in-charge will send you weekly update about the progress of work.

• Furniture markup on-site on 1:1 scale for better clarity
5. Execution Stage-I Day-12 (3rd Payment 20%)

Your 25% work is completed on site including False Ceiling and major furniture structures. In case of modular kitchen, its nearly half complete.
6. Execution Stage-II Day-24 (4th Payment 20%)

Your 50% work is completed on site including major furniture and about to start laminate work. In case of modular kitchen, its almost ready in our factory.

• Selection of Paint/Wallpaper
• Selection of Lights
7. Execution Stage-III Day-36 (5th Payment 20%)

Your 75% work is completed on site including major furniture laminate work. In case of modular kitchen, its getting installed on site. Painting work is about to start.
8. Execution Stage-IV Day-45* (6th Payment 5%)

Your 100% work is completed on site including all furniture laminate work and painting. Site cleaning work is carried out.
9. Move In 😀 Day-46^#

Hurray! Pack your stuff and move into your dream house. You can also avail for our free video shoot.

*The 45-Day timeline is considered for a standard 1BHK without civil work. For actual timeline of your project, please talk to our designer. ^#Move in date strictly depends on timely selection and payments.
