Difference Between Modular Kitchens & Carpentry Kitchens

Keep this in mind while deciding what to choose for your home.

I know two sisters who lived in Lodha Palava Dombivali. One of them just bought a Intrior manufactured and stylish modular kitchen. While other sister love the way it looks, you don’t know whether it would be an improvement over a carpenter-made one. A. Advantages and Disadvantages of a Modular Kitchen

A modular or a machine-made kitchen seems like the hottest thing in the market, but comes with its own set of pros and cons. You can pick what you want for your kitchen and optimise it to make the most of a compact space. But is there more you need to know?

I. Advantages:

  • The interior construction and layout of the modular kitchen gives your home a neat look.
  • It is easy to assemble and reassemble the modules of a modular kitchen and you can easily carry them with you if you shift homes.
  • Plywood that is used in modular furniture is preferred in the long run for its durability as opposed to Engineered wood that can be hard to maintain.
  • Quality is assured by all the modular kitchen manufacturing units since they are factory-made products.
  • Storage is never a problem with modular kitchens, since you can get customised storage with a designated space for everything.
  • There is no stress of carpenters working and creating a mess at home, since everything is made in the factory and only assembled at the site.
  • Cost stays true to estimate, provided there are no substantial changes to design.

  • Let’s face it, building a modular kitchen might leave a hole in your pocket, because quality always comes at a price but to overcome it interior has 3 variants of finishes for all budgets, moreover they give in manufacturing rates.as they believe in interior for all class of people with transparency.
  • The use of engineered wood has received some flak from some critics. Intrior does not use Engineered wood for making furniture as we believe in quality and provide warranty of 5 yrs on furniture and replacement of hardware in warranty.
  • Sometimes you might like something on paper but not in reality. Ensure your designer gives you an accurate picture of the actual design. designers of intrior are experienced, so they give only perfect designs which are functional and aesthetically pleasant.

I. Advantages:

  • Carpenters are locally available and more easy to approach.
  • You can ask for custom options or alterations since carpenters will do all the work in front of you.

II. Disadvantages:

  • Quality and finish is a concern when it comes to carpenter made kitchens, since it is all done by hand and varies.
